For the poster presenters, please be sure to read the notes below.
- * Please prepare your presentation according to the instructions for speakers.
Instructions for presenters | 19th International Congress of Comparative Endocrinology - * Poster numbers will be shown on the poster panels at the venue as follows:
e.g. 310-B (poster no.- date) - * Submission No. can be found on the member page after logging in from “Abstract Submission”.
Call for papers | 19th International Congress of Comparative Endocrinology - * Posters should be posted between 12:00 and 15:35 on July 9. Please be sure that the poster is posted before your presentation time.
- * Posters can be displayed until 17:35 on July 11 and can be viewed and discussed at any time outside of presentation hours.
- * Please remove your poster before 18:00 on July 11. Posters not removed on time will be discarded by the secretariat.
- * Please note that no photography is allowed at the venue.
Poster Award
The Local Organizing Committee will provide the Poster Award, which will be open only to students and post-doctoral researchers. Five to ten posters of high quality research value will be awarded from presentations that have indicated their intention to be evaluated.
So, if you are interested in applying for the Poster Award, please fill in the Google form by May 22 (Thu. JST). There will be no extension of the application period, so be sure to reply by the 22st!
