How to register
- Click “Registration” in the bottom of this web page.
- Please create an account from “Register a new account” and register your email address.
- A code will be sent to the email address. Please enter the code on the screen to verify your e-mail address.
- When the code has been authenticated, you can proceed to enter your personal information.
- Enter your name and other personal information.
- After entering your personal information, you can proceed with registration.
- Once payment has been made, registration is completed. A confirmation will be sent to the registered email address.
Precautions
- * Students are required to upload their student ID and a certificate signed their supervisor.
Fill out the form and upload it at registration. (available format: pdf/jpeg/jpg/png)
Certificate download - * Only credit card payment is acceptable.
Acceptable credit card: VISA/Master Card/American Express/Diners Club/JCB - * Payment should be made in Japanese Yen (JPY).
- * Refunds cannot be accepted for any reason.
- * All presenters are required to register in advance to give a presentation. Please complete registration by January 31 as registration is required prior to abstract submission.
- * Due to system maintenance, registrations and abstract submissions are not available on the second Thursday of each month.
Childcare
Childcare application is available along with your registration.
If you are necessary childcare service for your child, please complete registration by the deadline with the number of your child and his/her age.

Receipt
Payment receipt can be downloaded from your member page.
Certificate of Attendance
You will receive a certificate of attendance at the reception desk along with your name tag.
