Travel Grants for Students or Postdoctoral Fellows
ICCE19 will provide travel grants (100,000 JPY/person) for students or postdoctoral fellows to facilitate their participants and presentations.
Information for Application
- Please apply via the web application form described below
- The deadline is the same as Abstract submission.
- Applicants must be students or postdoctoral fellows at the time of submitting their abstracts.
- Each applicant must give his/her presentation as a first author on the meeting site.
Selection
The Local Program Committee (LOC) reviews all applications and their presentation abstracts. LOC will announce results of the selection by uploading registration numbers of recipients on the ICCE19 website by early April. Recipients are required to visit “Reception desk” on July 8 and receive their travel grants.
